CLASSES FOR YOUNG AND OLD
For beginners and advanced level.
Pilates balances the body, creating both strength and length. With a focus on stabilizing muscles, your joints will become better supported decreasing the chance of injury. We also work on those ‘mirror muscles’ – arms, bums and tummy – for a total body workout.
No matter what age you are or even if you’ve never done Pilates we have classes to get anyone started, or to take you to the next level if you already excercise regularly.

Outdoor Fit classes are back (June 1st).
We exercise together in the open air. Social distancing still applies but that’s OK I have a loud voice.
Bring your own water bottle, and a towel, because you’ll need them.
